Amiram built the company with a clear vision of delivering high-quality workmanship, reliable service, and professional experience for every homeowner. He oversees company operations and works closely with clients and project teams to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. Outside of work, Amiram is a proud father of two girls and values spending time with his family while continuing to grow Green Group Remodeling and serve homeowners across the Bay Area.

Christian helps keep our projects running smoothly by supporting crews and project managers across multiple job sites. As the company runner, he coordinates materials, delivers supplies, and ensures each team has what they need on site. His reliability and attention to detail help keep operations organized and projects moving efficiently.
Erica Ellis
Operations Assistant
Erica is the newest member of our administrative team and serves as an Operations Assistant supporting the company’s daily operations. She works as a direct assistant to Karen, helping coordinate schedules,
organize project documentation, and support administrative tasks across the team. Erica is excited to learn the company’s processes and contributes to keeping projects and internal operations running
smoothly. She is always ready to assist any member of the team whenever support is needed. In her free time, Erica enjoys traveling—from local day trips and staycations to exploring cultural destinations around the world. She enjoys experiencing new foods and learning about different cultures along the way. Erica is also a dedicated Bay Area sports fan and enjoys attending games or watching with friends, with Giants Spring Training trips to Scottsdale among her favorite memories. She studied dance in college, and it remains one of her lifelong passions.
Becky Zavidowsky
Project Manager & Designer - Green Group Remodeling
Becky Zavidowsky is a Project Manager and Designer at Green Group Remodeling, bringing creativity, organization, and a sharp eye for detail to every project. Becky works closely with homeowners to help design beautiful, functional spaces while also managing projects to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept through completion. Becky is also a proud mom to her son, Shai, and she brings the same care, dedication, and attention to detail to her work that she does to her family.

Suzy Rodriguez
Lead Specialist | Roofing Division Support
Suzy serves as our Lead Specialist and plays a key role in supporting all aspects of our roofing division. She assists with project coordination, scheduling, and communication between our team, crews, and clients. Suzy is highly organized and detail-oriented, helping ensure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining the high standards our company is known for. She is always ready to assist any member of the team and helps keep operations running smoothly. In her free time, Suzy enjoys cooking and baking while trying new recipes. She loves traveling—whether it’s a day trip with her husband, a weekend along the coast, or in the mountains, or exploring new cities and countries. She also enjoys reading a wide range of books and loves learning new things. Suzy has a creative side as well, enjoying activities like painting, quilting, embroidery, home decorating, and planning DIY parties. Most of all, she values spending time with her three kids, her husband, and their extended family.
Jaslynn Tran
Operations Assistant
Jaslynn is an experienced member of our administrative team and serves as an Operations Assistant supporting the company’s day-to-day operations. She assists with coordinating schedules, organizing project documentation, and maintaining communication between the office team and project managers. Jaslynn also supports bookkeeping tasks and assists with training new administrative team members, ensuring organized and consistent processes. She is always ready to assist any member of the team and plays an important role in keeping operations running efficiently. Outside of work, I enjoy organizing and planning, exploring art and photography, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family. I also enjoy creative hobbies such as puzzles, painting, nail art, and experimenting with new recipes, often cooking with my boyfriend. I appreciate activities that keep me creative, detail-oriented, and always open to learning something new.
Karen Skinner
Operations Manager
Karen serves as our Operations Manager and has been with the team since the very beginning. She oversees many of the company’s core operational functions, including accounting, contract preparation,
permit processing, and administrative coordination. Karen plays a critical role in keeping projects and internal systems organized while ensuring documentation, compliance, and financial processes are handled accurately and efficiently. In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dogs, traveling—especially cruises—and working on what she jokes are completely never-ending home improvement projects.
Linoy Biton
Designer
Linoy Biton has been with the company for two years and contributes her creativity and design perspective to the team. As a designer, she works
with clients to help develop ideas, select finishes, and bring design concepts to life. Linoy is also a proud mom to a young daughter, and she brings warmth, creativity, and care into the work she does for every project. Her passion for design and attention to detail help ensure each space feels both stylish and welcoming.
